We are living in the fast lane, trying to balance health, family, work and free time. More than ever,  we need places where we can feel good and function optimally. Research from environmental psychology shows us that natural environments can offer us exactly that: nature fosters overall well-being, reduces stress, improves our concentration, and can promote health. Furthermore, feeling connected to nature (aka nature connectedness, nature relationship) is increasingly being recognized as the basis of a balanced and sustainable way of life.

NatureMinded is a collaboration that aims to raise awareness about nature’s health and wellbeing benefits and about the pathways to nature connectedness, in an evidence-based and accessible way.
