Research from environmental psychology shows us that natural environments can offer us exactly that: nature fosters overall well-being, reduces stress, improves our concentration, and can promote health. Furthermore, feeling connected to nature (aka nature connectedness, nature relatedness) is increasingly being recognised as the basis of a balanced and sustainable way of life.
At NatureMinded we are convinced that a lifestyle closer to nature could benefit us all. Through close-to-practice research and impact assessments we study the best ways to incorporate nature into the lives of different groups and the applications of pathways to nature connectedness. We work to raise awareness on nature´s importance in our lives in an evidence-based and accessible way.
